    Monday, April 15

    • 2:00 pm: Legislative Conference Check-In Opens
    • 2:30 pm-6:30 pm: Mandatory Legislative Conference Training and Practice Sessions for all attendees
    • 6:30 pm-7:30 pm: Legislative Conference Reception, hosted by AACAP-PAC

    Tuesday, April 16

    • 7:00 am-8:00 am: Legislative Conference breakfast
    • 8:00 am-9:30 am: Advocacy priority review for all attendees
    • 10:00 am-4:00 pm: Congressional meetings

    AACAP will schedule your Congressional meetings on Tuesday, April 16, on your behalf. Your meeting schedule will be communicated to you closer to the conference.

    Join the Virtual Training on April 1

    Before traveling to the nation’s capital, conference attendees are encouraged to join the virtual conference training on Monday, April 1 from 8:00pm EDT to 9:30pm EDT. This Zoom meeting will provide an insight into AACAP's Legislative Conference, serve as a preview into what to expect when conference attendees are in Washington, DC, and allow for state teams to gather and begin to prepare for their Congressional meetings on April 16.
