Clinical Mentoring (or Clinical Consultation) Sessions
Launched in April 2024, Clinical Mentoring Sessions occur approximately once every 6-8 weeks via zoom. Sessions are 90 minutes on Wednesday afternoons 4-5:30 pm ET. The sessions include attendance by anchor senior clinicians as well as all who are interested. All voices and perspectives contribute to learning. Challenging case examples are shared which are then discussed in detail to generate ideas about productive next steps. Discussion is also open to discussion of family systems training, program development and research. Special topics can also be planned in advance. Clinical Mentoring List
A list of CAPs who are willing to offer mentoring (1:1 and other) for AACAP members interested in expanding their skills and knowledge in family systems treatment, training, advocacy, program development and research. The list includes descriptions of mentors areas of expertise.
