Aditya Pawar, MD, Receives AACAP’s Drs. Gabrielle and Harold Carlson Psychopharmacology Research Award
Washington, DC - The American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (AACAP) is pleased to announce Aditya Kumar Singh Pawar, MD, Massachusetts General Hospital, as the recipient of AACAP's 2026 Drs. Gabrielle and Harold Carlson Psychopharmacology Research Award.
AACAP’s Drs. Gabrielle and Harold Carlson Psychopharmacology Research Award provides up to $20,000 to complete a two-year mentored research project in the area of psychopharmacology, to include neurotherapeutics, with a focus on practical and investigative work toward treatment for children and adolescents. This award supports early investigators at a critical stage, encouraging a future career in child and adolescent psychiatry research.
Dr. Pawar will be recognized at the Junior Research Scholar Lunch during AACAP’s 2028 Annual Meeting in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, October 23-28, 2028.
