Alison Duncan, MD, Receives AACAP’s Pilot Research Award for Attention Disorders, supported by AACAP’s Elaine Schlosser Lewis Fund
Washington, DC, November 13, 2020 –The American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (AACAP) is proud to announce Alison Duncan, MD, as a recipient of AACAP’s Pilot Research Award for Attention Disorders, supported by AACAP’s Elaine Schlosser Lewis Fund.
AACAP’s Pilot Research Award for Attention Disorders, supported by AACAP’s Elaine Schlosser Lewis Fund provides up to $15,000 of funding for junior faculty and child and adolescent psychiatry fellows who have an interest in beginning a career in child and adolescent mental health research. This award reduces the shortage in clinical researchers by supporting young investigators engaging in mental health research programs.
Dr. Duncan will be recognized at the Junior Research Scholar Lunch during AACAP's 68th Annual Meeting in Georgia, Atlanta, October 25-30, 2021.
