Online registration is now closed. To register onsite, go to the Constellation Ballroom Foyer on the Second Floor of the Hyatt Regency Baltimore Inner Harbor during the following times:

Saturday, March 23: 7:00 am-5:00 pm
Sunday, March 24: 7:00 am-5:00 pm
Monday, March 25: 7:00 am-11:00 am

Registration Rates

The registration fee includes CME credit, the Institute Notebook, and the Reception on Saturday, March 23. After February 27, 2019 all registrants must pay the late/onsite registration rate.

Payment Information

  • Registrations cannot be processed without payment. If you mail your form, space cannot be reserved if improper fees are received. Telephone registrations cannot be accepted. Changes or additions to your current registration must be submitted in writing (registrar@aacap.org).
  • Registration fees are in U.S. dollars.
  • AACAP accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
  • Money orders or checks must be drawn on a US bank. Please make checks payable to AACAP.
  • Credit Cards are the ONLY form of acceptable payment for onsite registration. Cash transactions are NOT permitted.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

All cancellations must be received in writing to registrar@aacap.org; telephone cancellations will not be accepted. Cancellation between the date of registration and February 27, 2019, will receive a full refund less a $150 administrative fee. No refunds will be given after February 27, 2019. Refunds will be issued after the meeting. If you purchase session recordings, they are non-refundable, but you will get access to the files after the meeting. AACAP is not financially responsible for participants’ travel and lodging in the unlikely event that the Hansen Annual Review Course is cancelled.
