Donate Arts and Crafts to Benefit the Campaign for America's Kids

Through the Campaign for America's Kids - Access Initiative, the AACAP is committed to significantly increasing the number of children and adolescents receiving needed care by confronting the most significant barrier to treatment: Access! At the 53rd Annual Meeting in San Diego, CA, we raised thousands of dollars to continue funding projects that improve access to mental health services for children and adolescents. Our Campaign has helped many of the 15 million children and adolescents living with mental health disorders, but many more need our help!

Please help by donating your original works of arts and crafts to the 2007 Arts and Crafts Show and Silent Auction. Original works include paintings/drawings/illustrations, potteries/sculptures, crafts, photographs, recordings, and literature (novels, poetry, etc.). AACAP members can donate up to three pieces of art.

If you have questions about submitting or would like to receive a submission form by mail or fax, please contact Victoria Rumsey at vrumsey@aacap.org, or 202-966- 7300, ext. 130. The submission deadline is September 28, 2007.

If you want to display your work, but not donate it to the Silent Auction to benefit the Campaign for America's Kids, we welcome it.

The Arts and Crafts Show/Silent Auction is an annual event made possible through the generosity of Helen Beiser, M.D., AACAP past president and life fellow.
