AACAP Exhibit Opportunities

Don't miss the chance to connect with specific demographics within the child and adolescent psychiatry community in 2010!

Approximately six tabletop exhibits are available at each of our three annual institutes and are placed in high-traffic areas at each of our these institutes near the coffee break in the foyer or an area directly adjacent to the meeting room, providing exhibitors with the greatest opportunity to meet attendees. The vast majority of our attendees are practicing physicians.

Exhibit opportunities are listed below.

  • 2010 Psychopharmacology Update Institute
    Chair: Laurence L. Greenhill, M.D.

    January 22-23, 2010
    New York, NY
    Expected Attendance: 300+

The goal of the 2010 Psychopharmacology Update Institute is to enable the participants, by the end of the course, to describe methods for adjusting evidence-based medication interventions to the needs of their individual young patients. About half of the attendees come from the local NYC area.

  • Lifelong Learning Institute: Module 6
    Co-Chairs: Sandra B. Sexson, M.D. and Andrew T. Russell, M.D.

    March 26-27, 2010
    Seattle, WA
    Expected Attendance: 100

This Institute focuses on an extensive review of the literature on autism, psychotic disorders (non-affective), as well as seminal articles on the latest research and practice in child and adolescent psychiatry such as ethics, ADHD, and psychopharmacology. The Institute will be attended by approximately 100 field professionals and is designed to assist child and adolescent psychiatrists in meeting the self-assessment and lifelong learning component of the Maintenance of Certification requirement.

  • 35th Annual Review Course in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry
    Co-Chairs: Melissa P. DelBello, M.D., M.S. and Robert A. Kowatch, M.D., Ph.D.

    April 21-24. 2010
    Cincinnati, OH
    Expected Attendance: 200

The Review Course is designed to provide a general review of child and adolescent psychiatry for those looking to brush up or to prepare for the child and adolescent psychiatry board certification and recertification examinations for approximately 200 attendees from across the U.S. Booksellers have done exceptionally well at this event in the past.
