Cut-Off Date
Make your reservations early. All reservations must be received by the Westin Jersey City Newport Hotel by 5:00 p.m. EST on February 26, 2013. Reservations received after this date may be made on a space and rate available basis. All reservations must be held with a credit card.

Cancellation
Hotel guests have 72 hours prior to arrival to cancel without being charged a cancellation fee of one night's room and tax.
