Cost
The cost is $65 for all participants (this includes a "free lunch," but please indicate on the registration form that you plan to stay so we may order enough food). Note: Students and residents/fellows may attend at no charge, but must register. Also there are a limited number of scholarships for family members and early career professionals (please submit a one or two paragraph request and explanation with your registration form and several different means of contacting you).

Free Parking
Free parking is available in OHSU's Canyon Lot or any employee parking area. Please do not use patient parking or metered parking.

Lodging
Lodging is available at the Park Lane Suites for reduced rates: $79 for the One Bedroom Suite; $89 for Deluxe; and $129 for Two Bedroom). Call for reservations 800–532–9543 and refer to OCCAP Winter Meeting to get the discounted rate.
