Annual Meeting Publications
___Annual Meeting Program Book: $25,000
The Program Book is a schedule of all events and activities at the Annual Meeting. A copy is included in each registration tote-bag. This is a great opportunity to increase awareness of your sponsorship to our attendees and demonstrate your commitment to the field of child and adolescent psychiatry!
___Honors Book: $10,000
This publication acknowledges all 2008 AACAP award recipients. A copy is included in each registration tote-bag.
___Book of Scientific Proceeding in print and electronic: $80,000
This publication comes in print and contains abstracts for all 2008 Annual Meeting presentations. This publication is not only content rich, but serves as a valuable resource for future reference. A copy is included in each registration tote-bag. For the first time it will be available online to AACAP members and Annual Meeting attendees.
Sponsoring this important scientific publication will give your company name recognition both on the publication and on the AACAP Web site for one year after the Annual Meeting, providing maximum visibility!
Annual Meeting Special Events
___Halloween Reception: $125,000
This is a well-attended and exciting reception held on Friday for all Annual Meeting attendees and this year will have a Halloween theme. This event provides our attendees with the opportunity to greet old friends and make new ones while enjoying great entertainment and delicious culinary treats!
___International Reception: $80,000 This is a reception held on Tuesday to welcome our international attendees to the meeting. Each year, more than 800 professionals travel from Asia, Europe, South America, Australia, and Africa to attend our world-renowned meeting!
___Exhibit Hall Reception: $20,000 (sponsorship premium only) Want to invite meeting attendees to a special reception with cocktails and hors d’oeuveres? Consider hosting a reception in the AACAP Lounge, located in the Exhibit Hall, on Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday for any 2-hour period while the Exhibit Hall is open. The cost of the reception is the responsibility of the sponsor, but our meeting specialists are available to help you select menus, decorations, etc.
Additional Sponsorship Opportunities
___Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Resident Educational Outreach Program:
This program allows the AACAP to offer awards to child and adolescent psychiatry residents wishing to attend our Annual Meeting, who do not have the financial resources to do so. Currently, 60 awards of $1,500 are granted each year to defray the cost of attending the meeting. You will be acknowledged in all AACAP publications (deadline permitting).
___Cyber Café: $10,000
This area is a great place for meeting attendees to gather for refreshments and free Internet access. It is located in a convenient and visible area in our Exhibit Hall and open Wednesday through Saturday. Want more access to our attendees? In addition to sponsoring the Cyber Café, consider purchasing an Exhibit Hall booth. ___Resident Resource Room: $20,000
This area provides a common space for medical students and residents to interact, learn about upcoming opportunities, and access the Internet. It is open for the duration of the Annual Meeting. You will be acknowledged in all AACAP publications (deadline permitting).
___A/V and LCD Equipment: $80,000
Sponsor will be prominently listed as supporter of A/V equipment throughout the 2008 Annual Meeting. Sponsoring the A/V and LCD equipment will give your organization the maximum exposure throughout the Annual Meeting.
___Speaker Ready Room: $5,000
This area provides a quiet space for speakers to prepare for their Annual Meeting presentations. It is open for the duration of the Annual Meeting.
