CME Sponsorship Opportunities

The meeting features hands-on Workshops, Clinical Perspectives, Symposia, Institutes, poster sessions, didactic lectures, Special Interest Study Group meeting, and component meetings. Corporations, governmental agencies, foundations, and other public or private entities have a long tradition of participation and collaboration with AACAP’s Annual Meeting.

The AACAP is Pleased to Offer Yout the Chance to Consider the Following CME Sponsorship Opportunities:

___New Research Poster Sessions: $30,000 per Session (Seven (7) Sessions are Available)
These sessions are where attendees can view visual presentations of recent findings by young investigators, residents, medical students, and research/clinical fellows. These sessions will take place on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. These poster sessions are one of the highest attended events at the Annual Meeting.

___Institutes: $25,000
Institutes are approximately seven hours and attract attendees who wish to obtain a comprehensive understanding of the latest issues in child and adolescent psychiatry.

___Honors Presentations: $20,000
These presentations are made by AACAP distinguished member award winners. Members can win awards for their research presentations and journal articles on a variety of topics.

___Symposia: $20,000
Symposia are three hours in length and present datadriven perspectives of differing aspects or views on a variety of pertinent topics in the field. Past symposia have explored research topics such as ADHD, bipolar disorder, substance abuse, and much, much more.

___Clinical Perspectives: $15,000
Clinical Perspectives are three hours and allow up to five speakers to present a particular topic specifically related to treatment, research method, service delivery, or clinical care.

___Workshops: $15,000
Workshops are three hours and provide instruction on treatment, research method, delivery, or organization of services. Limited to 25 participants, the Workshops are often sold-out and the small classroom format encourages audience participation in a hands-on, focused learning experience.
