International Reception EVENT SPONSORED!!!
$100,000 This is a reception held on Tuesday to welcome our international attendees to the meeting. Each year, more than 800 professionals travel from Asia, Europe, South America, Australia, Africa, and India to attend our world-renowned meeting! This year, because the Annual Meeting is in Hawai’i, AACAP is making an added effort to attract attendees from the Pacific Rim. Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Resident Educational Outreach Program
$98,000 This program allows the AACAP to offer awards to child and adolescent psychiatry residents wishing to attend our Annual Meeting, but do not have the financial resources to do so. More than 60 awards of $1,500 are granted each year to defray the cost of attending the meeting.
Resident Resource Room
$20,000 This locale provides a common space for medical students and residents to interact, learn about upcoming opportunities, and access the Internet. It is open for the duration of the Annual Meeting.
A/V and LCD Equipment
$50,000 Sponsor will receive prominent listing as supporter of A/V and LCD equipment throughout the 2009 Annual Meeting.
Speaker Ready Room
$5,000 This area provides a quiet space for speakers to prepare for their Annual Meeting presentations. It is open for the duration of the Annual Meeting.
