John Dunne, M.D.
John Dunne is co-Chair of the Member Benefits Committee and has been in private practice for 32 years. He has long been involved in practice management issues. He has given several workshops on starting a private practice, presented on career opportunities in private practice, and organized an AACAP Institute on Business Management for the Small Office Practice. He will be presenting a workshop, Private Practice 101: Tools and Strategies for Operating an Efficient Practice, at this year’s annual meeting.
Dr. Dunne has held numerous positions in AACAP. In addition to his current role on the Member Benefits Committee, he has chaired the Work Group on Consumer Issues, the Financial Planning Committee, the Assembly of Regional Organizations, the Private Practice Committee and the Membership Committee.
