Call for Papers
The submission deadline for AACAP's Annual Meeting Call for Papers was February 15, 2013. Late New Research Posters submissions will start being accepted on Monday, April 1, 2013 and the deadline is Monday, June 17, 2013. All submissions must be made online. Preliminary Schedule
The Annual Meeting Preliminary Schedule, including the full list of speakers, will be available online on June 17, 2013.
Registration
Online registration for the 60th Annual Meeting opens August 1 for AACAP members and August 8 for nonmembers. Be sure to register early to attend all of your preferred events.
Hotel Reservations
The Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel is the host hotel for the Annual Meeting. The room rate at the Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel is $229 single/double per night, plus taxes and fees. Attendees can start making hotel reservations on June 17, 2013. For detailed information on the Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel, please visit the Hotel Information page.
