Reservation Policies for the Hilton and Sheraton
These rates are available until October 1, 2010, or until the group block sells out, whichever comes first, so make your reservations early to secure your room.
A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required to hold each reservation and upon check-in will be applied to the final night of the reserved stay. The deposit can be paid with a personal check, money order, American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Diner’s Club, or Carte Blanche. If you need to cancel your reservation, your deposit will be refunded as long as you cancel at least one week prior to arrival; be sure to obtain a cancellation number.
AACAP recognizes that hotel costs are high in New York and spent significant time negotiating these rates with the hotels. Demand in New York in October is extremely high and these are unfortunately the prices that the market demands.
