Virtually all Annual Meeting scientific and educational events will take place at the Hilton Hawaiian Village, making your commute to events only and elevator ride away.

Room Deposit/Cancellation Policies
A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required to hold each reservation and upon check-in will be applied to the final night of the reserved stay. The deposit can be paid with a personal check, money order, American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Diner’s Club, or Carte Blanche. If you need to cancel your reservation, your deposit will be refunded as long as you cancel at least 7 days prior to arrival; be sure to obtain a cancellation number.
