Would you like to receive a FREE Annual Meeting Registration?

If so, serve as a MONITOR for one full day to receive free registration for the 56th Annual Meeting of the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry in Honolulu, HI. The Meeting will be held October 27-November 1, 2009, at the Hilton Hawaiian Village.

Monitors will assist AACAP staff in running the meeting by checking badges and tickets to confirm attendance, assisting speakers as needed, and distributing and collecting evaluations forms and/or other materials that the speaker provides. In return for working as a monitor for either one full day or two half days, you will receive a complimentary registration for the meeting in addition to half priced tickets for most ticketed events.

The sign-up process includes two steps.

1. First, you will be directed to a survey that asks some basic questions about whom you are, where you study, and when you are available. The survey does not require that you login.
2. At the end of the survey you will be directed to the online registration process for the Monitor sign-up/Annual Meeting. You will need to login in order to proceed with this step.
   NOTE: If you have attended an AACAP meeting in the past you already have a username and password. Click on Help for information on retrieving your username and password.

You must complete both steps in order to be considered as a Monitor.
