Cut-Off Date
Make your reservations early. All reservations must be received by the Hilton Cincinnati Netherland Plaza by March 30, 2010. Reservations received after this date may be made on a space and rate available basis. All reservations must be held with a credit card.

Cancellation
Hotel guests have until 3:00 p.m. one day prior to arrival to cancel without being charged a cancellation fee of one night's room and tax, if they obtain a cancellation number.
