Cancellation Policy/Refunds


Registration fees will be refunded if cancellation notice is received in writing in our office by April 6, 2009. A 50% refund will be sent to those who send a written cancellation notice after April 6. After April 28, no refunds will be allowed. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted.

After April 6, all registrants must pay the on-site rate. Personal checks (made payable to the AACAP), American Express, Mastercard, and VISA are accepted. NO CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED ON-SITE.
