Cut-Off Date
Make your reservations early. All reservations must be received by the Crowne Plaza Seattle by March 5, 2010. Reservations received after this date may be made on a space and rate available basis. All reservations require a credit card to hold the reservation.

Cancellation
One night's guest room charge, plus tax, will be billed to the individual's credit card for each guest who does not arrive or whose reservation is cancelled less than 48 hours
