Reservations

Cut-Off Date
Make your reservations early. All reservations must be received by the Westin Embassy Row Hotel by January 11, 2008. Reservations received after this date may be made on a space and rate available basis. All reservations require a credit card to hold the reservation.

Cancellation
One night’s guest room charge, plus tax, will be billed to the individual’s credit card for each guest who does not arrive or whose reservation is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance of the arrival date. Please obtain a cancellation number from the hotel. No penalty will be imposed on reservations cancelled inside of 24 hours if cancelled because of death or illness within the immediate family; however, written proof needs to be provided.
