Saturday, March 22: 8:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Sunday, March 23: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Monday, March 24: 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

The registration fee includes CME credit, the Institute Notebook, and the Welcome Reception on Wednesday.

Payment Information

  • Registrations cannot be processed without payment. If you mail your form, do not fax it. Space cannot be reserved if improper fees are received.
  • Telephone registrations cannot be accepted. Changes or additions to your current registration must be submitted in writing.
  • Registration fees are in U.S. dollars.
  • AACAP accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
  • Money orders or checks must be drawn on a U.S. bank. Make checks payable to AACAP.
  • Credit Cards are the ONLY form of acceptable payment for onsite registration. Cash transactions are NOT permitted.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
Registration fees will be refunded in full if cancellation notice is received in writing via e-mail at registrar@aacap.org by February 28, 2014. A 50% refund will be sent to those who send a written cancellation notice between February 28, 2014 and March 14, 2014. After March 14, 2014 no refunds will be allowed. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. Refunds will be issued after the meeting. If you purchase the Conference Enrichment Package, they are non-refundable, but you will get access to the files after the meeting.
